  • What is the difference between V-Suites and an extended stay hotel?

    V-Suites connects you with fully-furnished, turn-key apartments and homes through our network of top-notch locales, communities and providers.

  • What age must I be to place a reservation with V-Suites?

    You must be at least 21 years of age to place a reservation with V-Suites. Occupants under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Are there standard check-in times and procedures I should be aware of prior to arrival?

    Check-in time is 4 p.m., and instructions for your keys will be contained in your welcome packet. Other procedures may vary from community to community. Feel free to request further information from your V-Suites booking representative.

  • What are the advantages of staying with V-Suites instead of an extended stay hotel?

    On average, your V-Suites services apartment will offer more spacious accommodations, more amenities and a significantly lower cost than the average extended stay hotel. Price advantages begin with rates as much as 50% lower than a high-end extended stay hotel. The savings continues with amenities fit for dining, relaxing and entertaining without having to make a costly trip out on the town.

  • Should I be prepared to pay taxes beyond the standard rate of my V-Suites furnished apartment?

    No. What you see is what you get! All taxes and fees are covered within your standard rate.

  • What sort of services might I expect as part of my stay with a V-Suites furnished apartment?

    While specific services and amenities will vary among communities and specific floor plans, typical V-Suites offerings include electricity, water, wireless internet and cable television. Building amenities, such as a fitness center, business center, swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor space and much more, are provided.

  • What accommodations will be provided in my apartment upon arrival?

    Your apartment will be ready to live when you arrive, and stocked with the basic essentials in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Expect to find items you would find at high-end hotel or through an extended-stay accommodation.

  • Will internet access be included with my furnished rental?

    Yes. Most units include high-speed internet access free of charge.

  • Will my furnished rental include a connected phone?

    Due to the increased popularity of cell phone usage among our guests, we no longer offer standard phone service with our rooms. Please let us know if you require a land line and we will be happy to supply one for you.

  • What is your pet policy?
